Contact Arisit if you have a warranty problem with the product within 7 days of delivery and after 2 YEARS (IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 2 YEARS MANUFACTURING WARRANTY).

You can lodge a claim directly on our WARRANTY WEBSITE (link -www.arisitwarranties.com.au) please make sure you have proof of purchase as it will ask u to upload it on the website .

Please also note if you are offered a money back guarantee by the store at time of purchase, PLEASE contact the store if you wish to take advantage of it.

Please note: With Arisit warranty it is a repair warranty not a replacement warranty.
